Our services are primarily consulting, documentation, and regulatory facilitation in nature. Once work has commenced, significant resources, time, and expertise are allocated toward your project.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:
Before Work Initiation:
Cancellation requests made before any work has started may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to administrative charges.
After Work Initiation:
Once the project has commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the stage of work completed.
After Submission to Authorities:
No cancellation or refund will be applicable once applications or documents have been submitted to regulatory authorities.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the following:
Fees paid for completed work, consultations, or documentation are non-refundable
Any government fees, statutory charges, or third-party payments are non-refundable
Partial refunds (if approved) will be calculated after deducting:
- Work completed up to the date of cancellation
- Administrative and processing costs
Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days from the date of approval.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Rejection or delay by regulatory authorities
- Incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by the client
- Change in regulatory requirements or government policies
- Client’s decision to discontinue the project after work has begun
Updates & Modifications
If a client wishes to modify the scope of services:
- Additional charges may apply
- Revised timelines may be communicated
- Changes will be implemented only after mutual agreement
Service Delays
While we strive to adhere to timelines, delays caused by regulatory authorities or external dependencies are beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
